Discovery workshop
During a 90-minute video call, we’ll:
- Confirm your ideal customers and their pain points
- Agree on how to present your products and services
- Review your key competitors and their marketing
- Discuss best practices for website copy
- Choose your tone of voice
Briefing report
After the workshop, I’ll create a document with:
- Profiles of your ideal customers
- Your unique value proposition (what you do and how it helps your customers)

- A sitemap of your website’s structure

Once you’ve approved the briefing report, I’ll:
- Draft the first website page and ask for your feedback
- Produce copy for the other website pages

Wireframe layout
Along with your website copy, I’ll:
- Create diagrams with a suggested layout for each page
- Add your website copy to these wireframes
- Deliver the wireframe of each page as a PDF

- Create a 15-minute video to talk you through the copy
- Explain my ideas and particular word choices
- Highlight any copy decisions you need to make
Reviews and edits
To ensure you’re 100% satisfied, I’ll:

- Deliver final edits after your second review (if required)
