The Brief:

Always Networks is an IT managed services provider that helps businesses with 24/7 IT support, cyber security, automation, procurement and strategic technical advice. It’s a Cisco Premier Partner and a Microsoft Silver Partner.

The company wanted a case study to showcase its work with a leading client and support its sales and marketing.

The Project:

The first step was to find out how Always Networks would use the case study. Then, with this information, I organised a meeting with the managing director of Always Networks’ customer.

During a 30-minute Zoom call, I discovered more about the customer’s experience working with the IT provider. In addition, this format saved the customer time instead of answering questions back and forth over emails.

The output was a wealth of valuable customer quotes and insights that formed the basis of the case study.
