Want to Promote Your Business Through Print?
Printed marketing is still a powerful way to promote your business.
But you need the right words to deliver your message.
Whether that’s persuasive copywriting to sell to your customers. Or professional business writing to inform and engage your readers.
In fact, words that work for your business.
Well, that’s what I do.
From punchy phrases for a direct mail campaign. To subtle marketing through a customer case study.
Or editing to turn your draft article into a final version.
Above all, I write effective print copy that’s delivered on time, on budget and on message.
Need to target your customers with a personal message? Bypass crowded inboxes with a persuasive letter, postcard or mailing.

“I cannot recommend Rob enough. Professional, patient and continually interacts with his clients to make sure he delivers a top-class service. Can’t ask for more than that.”
“Thanks to Rob for his effort on my article for a trade magazine. Totally professional service. He got across all the points I wanted and completed the work well ahead of the deadline. I will recommend Rob to anyone looking for this service.”
How Does the Print Copywriting Process Work?
1. Write Brief
To start, I write a “brief”. This covers the research and key messages for your copy. You get to review and approve the brief before I carry on.
2. Draft Copy
Next, I draft the copy using the brief. The copy aims to get your reader’s attention and persuade them to act on it.
3. Review and Sign-off
To finish, you review the copy to check you’re happy. Up to 2 rounds of review are part of the price if you’d like to make changes.
What You Get With Print Copy
You receive a Word document for each element of your project.
This includes the copy for:
- Body of text
- Calls to action
- Pointers to help with the final design/layout

How Much Does Copywriting for Print Cost?
To give you an example, the price for direct mail starts at £195.
But the cost of your print copywriting project will depend on:
- What type of copywriting you need
- How complex the subject is
- When you need the copy completed
- How much copy you require
You get a fixed price quote before I start. That way, you know what to expect without any surprises.
